These few days have been really baaaaaaaaad! CURSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first tt black wednesday incident and just a few days later i had to send a patient to ICU..aaarrrgghhh.. the patient suddenly became 'STONE'..only his eyes were open the rest of his body system seemed to haf shut down..parameters all stable, only slightly tachy abt 130/min..only his eyes were reactive..no motor response watsoever..u can slap him, sternum rub, punch him and he still wouldnt respond..GCS score from 3 to i tink 0!! thereforeeeee had to intubate him and down to ICU..of coz he had a list of underlying problems..alchoholic liver cirhosis, uncontrolled DM, pancreatic insufficiency, previous DVT.. and hes only 40 +..the only son with 3-4 sisters.. it was quite sad actually..i felt sad for his father..nice guy.. his mother and his sisters were crying their lungs out..omgg..but ya saddd..i wonder wats next..enoughhhhhhhhh..tired!!!!
